We make our dough fresh daily right in our store. Never frozen, it rises naturally for at least 12 hours. The pizza is cooked long enough and at a low enough temperature so the entire crust develops its full cell structure which gives our pizza the crisp outer layer.
Mr. Jim�s only uses 100% real mozzarella cheese. We have perfected our Sauce so that it�s always thick!
We do not use any cereal fillers in our pepperoni, beef or Italian sausage so our Italian sausage is real Italian sausage, our pepperoni is made from 100% beef and pork and our chicken is 100% white breast meat!
Also, there�s no scrimping on our toppings.
