An Exceptional Dining Experience
I love Indian cuisine, I love Spice Creations! On my first trip to this restaurant, I took my wife, one of my daughters, and her husband. We were greeted as we approached the entrance, the door held open for us. We were again warmly welcomed by the maitre d' and promptly escorted to our table. The friendly yet professional service continued through our meal and our departure. The restaurant provides a very comfortable environment that complements the outstanding service and the truly fine cuisine. The dining room is decorated in soft shades of green, beige, and white, the walls punctuated with panels of beautiful stone and crafted wood. The music--soft, pleasant contemporary popular instrumental pieces--enhanced our dining experience. The fare was truly exceptional; in fact, the waitress caught us enjoying the delightful fragrance of the food as she served it. We tried the chicken 65, the samosa chicken, the tikka masala with chicken and paneer, and the mole masala chicken. We were served promptly for both the appetizers and the main meal, and we were accorded just the right amount of attention throughout the meal. My mole masala chicken--served with fragrant, clove-spiced rice--was exceptional, comparable in quality to highly rated restaurants I have visited around the world. The complex mixture of spices, chocolate and raisins has impressed itself on my memory. Offering great service, a great dining environment, and outstanding fare, Spice Creations is a welcome addition to Allen's restaurant presence.
