“Big” Ray Cotton and his wife Camilla opened in January of 2011, with the visions of creating Allen’s ultimate barbeque experience. Every day, we serve up a delicious blend of smoked meats while providing excellent customer service. Ray has been grilling and smoking meant for more than 30 Years!
Here at Big Ray’s BBQ, all our food is made fresh in house. Our meats are slow cooked which results in a tender and juicy flavor. Our sides are savory and made with the highest ingredients and our desserts are served up warm and sweet every day.
