AngelIs there anyone else having problems with Pizza Hut Delivery? This is the second time I've had problems with Pizza Huts Delivery service. The first time I waited over an Hour and a Half for a pizza that was supposed to take 45 minutes. Tonight I ordered a pizza and waited over 2 HOURS. I called and asked where my pizza was and was told the driver had paid for it!! OK, but where's my pizza?? I was told I could order another and only have to wait 20 minutes and pay full price for it! I explained I had kids and they needed to go to bed and I wouldn't be waiting for a pizza from them. This is what you get when you try to be nice and not get their drivers in trouble! I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut's Delivery again. Who knows what else their drivers do.
jenniferdWhich delivery did you use? I use the one off of Greenvile and Bethany and always had excellent service. The drivers are always very nice, say hi to the neighbors, tell me how cute my cats are etc.

They should have given you free pizza IMO. I always wait until I am starving to order and it is bad enough waiting for 30-45 minutes let alone 2 hours!

WestonBI agree with Jenniferd. We order from the Pizza Hut on Greenville and Bethany about once a week (for the past 5 years now!) and we've never had a problem like that. Did you try complaining to the management?
PAGAngel,
I'm with you. We have lived in Allen for 2 1/2 years and have NEVER EVER EVER NEVER had our order correct from the Pizza Hut delivery at Greenville and Bethany. I'm serious. I think they have our number memorized and say "oh, it's them, again". We have tried complaining. It's not worth it. A free pizza is fine, but never fixes the problem. The bad thing is that we really like the PH pizza. We've been ordering lately from Papa Johns which is good, I like the garlic butter sauce. But I do crave the greasy pan pizza and have to break down and just suffer the consequences, I'm a glutten for punishment!!
AngelWe were using the new Pizza Hut delivery on McDermott near Twin Creeks. My son likes the thin crust from Pizza Hut, but he'll just have to get over it. Angelo & Vito's is always quick and tastes good. And as far as fixing the problem at Pizza Hut, they offered to let me have a large pizza for $10.00. That is the same price as the coupon. They never even offered a free pizza or any other fix.

SoccermomI hope the Pizza Hut on Bethany doesn't think this is them. I have never had any problems with their delivery at all. In fact, it is always early!
AnimalA95I have forwarded your concerns to my sister who works for Pizza Huts corporate offices (TRICON). She notified the regional manager who told her that he would be visiting the location in question shortly. Hopefully, that will straighten them out!
PAGNow I'm convinced that our location (Bethany/Rt. 5) is out to get us! (just kidding) No one but me having problems there!? Yikes!

I hope the regional manager visits both Allen locations. Never hurts to have good customer service attention!

kathyI have had trouble with thisPizza hut .Slow Slow slow.
