sportsrideI'm moving to Allen and looking to lease some space from an existing carlot or business in order to get my retail dealers license.

Anyone knows of an opportunity in the area please let me know.

Thanks,
Jerry

civicmindedWelcome to Allen. I don't have any helpful input, but someone here probably will. But your pics of the Rowlett house are very nice
sirhotwheelsNo car lots in Allen yet. Mc Kinney would be the closest. Lots of lots up there. Just in case the powers that be read this it would be nice to have a good Chevy house in Allen. It would great if the parts guy knew anything besides the computer too. (wishfull thinking)
civicmindedHey that's it! We convert the old "WD" store into a car showroom. We could have rotating (loaners?) displays of classic cars there. Gee, Heather could park her truck there too, haha
YounggrandmaI've been out of town so I'm catching up. Civic, do you really think that we'll get anyone into the old WD?
civicmindedNah...probably not, but I thought it would be fun to mention it again. Say....think on this: we tell the City that all the citizens want to store our old stuff there, and call it a community Time Capsule??? Then they might ask the economic development people to attract a tenant for old "WD". Well....at least it's an idea
sirhotwheelsCivic,
Loan me the money and I'll quite my job and open your classic car shop. (fat chance?)
civicmindedOkie dokie.....but I can only fund one right now, big enough to hold about four hot-wheels size cars, haha
