When the technician arrived he informed us that our berber carpet would likely begin showing stains again after a short period time since it is very difficult to get stains out of such a tightly woven carpet. We had him continue anyway since anything would have been an improvement over what we were looking at. I'm pleased to report that the carpet came out looking great and now over a month later, we are still not seeing any stains coming back up.
At the same time I had scheduled at cleaning of our dryer vent but the technician inspected it first and told me that it didn't need cleaning as it was in really good shape. This was a big savings and much appreciated honesty from a service person.
The technician was very friendly and professional and talking with Doug on the phone was a pleasure as well. I can wholeheartedly recommend Doug's Mighty Clean.
