Great deal but my cartrige I purchased from them dried out after one month. I dont use my printer to often but I expect it to not dry up like that.

I had the same experience - perhaps it is just my printer, but the performance and longevity isn't worth the savings, I think I'll stick with OEM ink.

Same here. My ink just dried up or something because nothing is printing. It lasted about a month. My savings was far less than half-price. I buy a cartridge for about 28.00 normally, this was 20.00. Hardly half-price. I will stick with OEM as well.

did my post get deleted>? I thought I had posted a reply in here before...maybe it dried up like my ink! LOL .... same problem here all...put in new non-OEM sticks in my printer...didn't use since then (about a month) and now they are empty! What gives?! I'll stick to OEM too...eBay here I come! LOL

What really gripes me is that I went to the web sight and read and read all about them. My main worry was that it would screw up my printer or void the warranty. After my research, I determined it would be a safe thing to do. So now I am stuck with $20 worth of junk ink. My printer control panel says it is still full. I really barely printed 10-20 pages. I am really quite teed off about this and feel I should get money back. However, it is my experience that it is not worth the hassle. I will just not shop there for ink anymore.

I buy mine off Ebay and I have never paid over $5.00 for them. The last time I bought some I got 2 b;ack and one color for $6.00 plus shipping. I have also never had any problems with using non Oem ink. I tried using the refillable type and had no luck with them. You can also buy Oem ink from Ebay at a lot less than you pay in stores.

I remembered that I read somewhere about a guarantee. I looked all over the websight but found nothing. Then I found the business card and it DID say 90 day gurantee! I also found my receipt and figured out I only had 9 days left. I took it back and I got a new one. Of course, I don't think I will buy from them again, but at least I don't feel ripped off. I was told also that you can't just let a printer sit and not use it. He suggested that I print something once a week. I rarely print so mine dried up.

The best thing to do if this ever happens is to bring it back so that we can replace it. A number of our customers have told us that the exact same thing happened to them with an OEM cartridge.

"Pay half or less" means half of the usual office supply store price for an OEM cartridge. Also, taking into account that every 5th refill is FREE at best4less printer cartridges and that we pay $3 cash for every empty brings the net cost to less than half.

 It is not physically possible for the ink in a recharged inkjet cartridge to evaporate faster than the ink in an OEM cartridge when all other circumstances are the same. If you think that your cartridge dried up prematurely, the best thing to do is to bring it back so that we can examine and, if it's failed, replace it.

It would be difficult to name a product or service that can't be bought for less on the internet than in a retail storefront. Ink is no exception. Our customers like that we have a knowledgable, friendly face, that there's no shipping charge or wait for delivery, that they can recycle their empties and get new ink in one stop, and that, if there were a problem, there's no difficulty or resistance to getting a prompt resolution. If these things are unimportant to you, the internet is definitely the way to go.

p.s. Do you offer printer repair? I have a semi-new Cannon LaserJet that is not printing correctly, even after running all the built in tests/cleaning.
