Minor hit at Rivercrest & Roaring Springs

This morning at approximately 7:40AM a lady (40's - 50's, blond curly hair) in a tan colored van hit my son on his bike as he was crossing the road at the stop sign on his way to the LFC. She told him she didn't see him, yet the others allowing him to cross did. Apparently, she didn't phone the police and no one around did either and she drove on. If anyone has any info, please reply.
