I'm hoping that your troop can help our non-profit organization to win a grant. We aren't asking for money...just FREE votes of support from the community we serve. Recovery Dog Network trains and deploys search and recovery dogs to assist law enforcement and families (free of charge) in missing persons cases. We rely on donations and grants, though most of our expenses are paid directly by our wonderful volunteers who work tirelessly to help heartbroken families searching for a lost child, spouse, or parent. We need as many DAILY votes during the entire month of November to win a $250,000 grant through Pepsi Refresh so that we may open a training center for SEARCH DOGS, complete with disaster simulation areas and necessary supplies for training and search missions. Most people do not realize that when law enforcement need search dogs, they have to call upon volunteers like us. The families deserve the best trained dogs and handlers to help them. Can you help us get the word out to earn more votes? We are trying our hardest to be even better prepared to help our community and the families in distress over a missing loved one.
