Even the mayor was confused. I think probably Peter's explanation was correct - the guy was talking about the border crisis with central American immigrant children. One might infer from his comments that his female thinks the children should all be sent back and that is the message he came to deliver. Not very effectively, one might add.
Would be inappropriate to offer any opinions on his opinion (or was it her opinion?) in this part of the AO forums. Because maybe he/she just meant exactly what was said. "Illegal means illegal" and there should be zero tolerance for any violation of the law - be it driving 36 mph in a 35 mph or watering on the wrong day.
