Does any one else watch Fringe? I love it!

Well.....it finally came back on Tuesday night. I had my DVR setup to record it. That stupid american idol (which I NEVER watch) went over its time slot. As a result, I did not get the very end of Fringe. I can't believe they let american idol run over like that!

Yes! I watch it - it's strange & fascinating! Go to Fox.com to see the full epi online; I had to do so to see the last 10 min of the show. Great! I hope it stays on!

The cast is great- I just felt like I had seen it before when it was called X-Files

No problem! I always try the network websites to see if they show full shows online (last time I tried a NBC show, they were the worst at only showing snippets and not full epies). I heard about hulu.com from the commercials. I may try that sometime if I can't get a show online from a network site. I think the shows only come online, though, a day or two after the air date, so be prepared for that if you try it again.

Yep, we record these, and watch a bunch at a time .. we seem to like them.. but like campbell says X-Files.

We were also X-Files fans!

FYI...Idol ran over again, so you'll miss last 10 or so min of Fringe if you tivo or you'll have to set the tivo to record the next show, too.

Did you catch the season finally? It was great with a little shocker at the end. Of course, it is written by J.J. Abrams (he also wrote Star Trek 11).

I did, and watched the last 30 minutes 2 more times!! I had to catch everything that Walter said to really comprehend the ending. Wow!

I don't want to say too much since I know some haven't watched it yet, like luvyrpet, but once everyone watches - I want to discuss!

:)

JJ wrote the pilot, but he hasn't written any of the other 19 episodes. He also didn't write Star Trek.
We sittin' here, I'm supposed to be a franchise player....and we in here talkin' 'bout PRACTICE?

Your right that he did not write Star Trek 11. He was just the director and producer. I was just eluded to that it seems he and Leonard Nimoy are becoming good friends.

but.......IMDB says he had a hand in all 20 episodes(as creator) but he has writing credits on several episodes (1,2,4,7, & 11) not just the pilot.

J.J. Abrams

Ah, you're right, I didn't check every single episode's credits. But being listed as creator has nothing to do with the show currently or going forward. He'll be listed that way no matter what his current or future involvement. He's still listed for every episode of Lost too.

For example, Sam Simon still gets a writing credit for every episode of The Simpsons and makes $10,000,000 a year from the show, even though he hasn't worked on the show since 1993.
