I recently busted my dvd drive on my relatively NEW laptop, for which I had not purchased insurance. I felt certain I was going to have to pay for a brand new drive, plus installation costs, and was just hoping to get buy for under $100 by taking it to Rodi's instead of the big-name retailer where I bought it. I'm pleased to say that Rodi's FIXED it, without replacing the drive, at an extremely reasonable cost, and they fixed it within minutes! My laptop is good as new, I didn't have to do without it, and I am absolutely a happy customer. I highly recommend them if you have a PC software or hardware problem (or want a great deal on a used PC). Thanks!!!!!

Because of this thread Rodie got one my 'putes back in working order. I am pleased with the results. Bad video card and mucho viruses. He also highly recommended a internet security application which I am now licensed owner. He custom builds which I may take him up on too.

He fixed my daughter's laptop for a very reasonable price plus did a few extra things for free. He's a great guy with great service.

Rodi's Computer Service does an awesome job, I agree. We have bought 2 laptops, a desktop, and he refurbished our old desktop. Phenomenal service. Nowadays computer repair shops are akin to auto mechanics, once you find a good one you can trust, they have a customer for life.
