Take a look at this link to see information about Rusty who is a chow-chow mix. Rusty has been at the Allen Animal Shelter since mid-July. The staff at the shelter have noticed that he is really a great dog - good with kids, loves to play, knows basic commands and they want to find hime a good home. They even got him neutered and routine shots hoping this would help him find a good home (they use donations from private citizens for this). So, if you have room for a new pet, please consider adopting Rusty.

I stopped by the shelter yesterday to get my pets registered with the city and noticed that Rusty is still there. I went back to visit the animals and stopped by his cage. He has such a sweet temperment and is not a big dog at all. He has been there for several weeks and needs to find a home. He is already neutered and up to date with his shots - all ready for a loving family. Check him out at the link above, or better yet, go to the Allen Animal Shelter and take him out to the fenced yard to play with him so you can get to know him. He really is a great dog!
