Patches, we don't need no....well some of us collect various things. Me of course, it's quite a few very different things. But if you are a patch nut, or have a collector in the family, try our 2009 Show. It's in Allen again this year.
Hey, even if your kiddos collect anything, they may be inspired by a local show like this?

Well, lightly attended but nice to have an event in Allen. Next time I'll promote it more within our Scouting community, for those working on their collections (of any kind). This Show featured Fire/EMS/Law Enforcement/Military patches and badges. Some of the displays were very well done. Door prizes were shared by a small number of table people, so that increased the odds of winning.
There were a few items for kids, like toy cars and such. Maybe we can get some local talent to display or offer prizes next time too. Happy collecting out there to ya.

A Scout is "Prepared", and I even had some Scouting patches just in case, haha.
