The parents are removing their son from the school. A little legal push and the kid's parents did the right thing. I feel for both families....both have kids involved in a terrible situation.
I can understand how the district has limited powers... IT'S THE PARENTS!! What is influenced this boy.. his parents? There are a number of ways the parents could have influenced him and maybe unintentional, but carelessly!
Once again, the victim doesn't have a voice. Instead the boy's parents win because they get a lawyer. Those parents need a WHOOPIN from the community.
