I saw that too, this morning. Will be interesting to see how many move in - I find it hard to believe that Toni and Guy will be opening another location so close to Watters, for example.
They could be listing out their LOI tenants as though they are actually signed, but who knows? They seem to have done much better overall than I expected, at least to this point.

Clever. Let's wait a year or two and see how it looks then, ok?
Google "Bridgewater Falls" in Hamilton, OH if you'd like an example.

Paciugo too. Also a Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop when there's currently one at the Outlet Mall.

And, even though I didn't see it listed or on the map, they will also have a community gardens area on the north side of Stacy Rd. that will be open in the spring.

Noticed that Village Jewelers is moving from Watters Creek to Allen/Fairview. I would have to imagine that several others will be doing the same. Went by Watters Creek on Saturday morning, and the place was dead as a doornail...

Village Jewelers is going out of business and closing everywhere.
They are a perfect example of how that list is the developer's "projection" and not to be taken as fact.

I was able to see the latest update to the fairview siteplan, it is not posted on the website yet. They have added a site called the beach. It will have sandvollyball courts, a small dog park, and a playground. There will also be an interactive fountain that will play a show on a timed interval. This will all be on the north side. They also a building a nice sitting area with fountain and large chess set in front of the theatre.
I am excited to see the final product.

Just out of curiosity, does anyone here actually see themselves going to a movie theater that costs $22+ per ticket? I don't see how that place makes it unless they make a serious strategy shift.
I can tell you that I will be sticking with the Cinemark at Virginia/75 in McKinney.

I'll have to see what the offering is other than a movie. I do know that there is a serious amount of money in the fairview community, but not sure that there are enough people to keep it afloat on it's own. Their other locations are doing quite well though. My verdict is out on it's sucess until I see more. I know it will be a once in a long while place for my wife and I, but well hang out in the fountain area out front and pretend like we can afford it :-). Should be a good place to have some coffee and people watch.

It depends on a number of factors. If it means less, how shall I put this nicely, "attendees for whom seeing the movie is not the primary objective", I'm all for it.
I'm also a stickler for picture and sound quality, and if it meant improvements in these areas, that would motivate me to attend.
Having said that, my wife and are don't go to the movies more than a few times a year, and even if this facility is all that I hope for, we still wouldn't be going that much more often.
