Any suggestions on taking photos in a gym? They seem to always come out dark.

What type of camera are you using? How close to your subject are you? Are you using a flash?

Are you referring to action shots in which you're not allowed to use a flash (sporting events)? If so, they aren't going to come out well unless you're willing to invest in an high quality (expensive) camera.
