No promises, but hey, someone will get one. Most have Christmas on their minds now, so I thought I would share this now, as New Year's Eve is fast approaching!

Don't forget about the 'cheap' telescope, cheap in cost only as the quality of the optics is very good. The Galileoscopes are selling well as the International Year of Astronomy comes to a close.

Very true, it's fun to get out there and bark at the moon as Ozzy puts it. :)

So, who's setting up the local howling party?
Two plus two equals five, for sufficiently large values of two.

This star gazer is hopin' to be in east Texas that night to view away from city lights. But we'll see. Lots of adventure can happen in my world by then.

I'll be local but not sure exactly where I'll be. I'd prefer to be in the yard with my eye to the scope but it all depends on what the wife wants. :)
