Check out this black lab at the Allen Animal Shelter. Look at how still the dog's head is compared to his tail. He definitely has "happy tail!" Then click on the second picture - who couldn't fall in love with a face like that?
Sounds like a great family dog and they do make a good running partner - but might need a gentle leader. We have one for our lab and he walks like a gentleman now. The breed is definitely known to be good with families, so if you're looking for a new pet, be sure to stop by the Allen Animal Shelter and check out Cody.

Wish I hadn't looked, but I did. Neat dog! Thanks for helping to promote things like this. Too bad there is no room in my zoo currently.
