thanks for the info, I'll pay since I know I blew the signal and I knew it was a photo enforced intersection. I'll just write it up as me being a dork fee and move on.

In some states, AZ for sure, these violations do put points on your record. However they take photos of your face when passing through the intersection so it can prove you were the driver.
There was a story in the AZ Republic about a man that was sent a violation notice and the photo attached was in black and white and it was hard to make out for sure it was him. He challenged the ticket. The city produced the actual high resolution 10x12 photo and it was clear the man was guilty. However what was also clear was that the man had his girlfriend in the car with him, his wife was not pleased.

Ah, one of the joys of Driving a 1962 Cadillac - No seatbelts and no driving without a seatbelt tickets.
It's awesome - take a corner at high speed the car rolls like a water ride and everyone piles up on one side of the car. Absolutely a blast!
It's a wonder anyone lived through the 60s, with no seatbelts, popping a bottle into the baby while puffing down on a camel unfiltered, preggo and ordering wine to celebrate!

FYI, it's $140 unless you want to do defensive driving, then it's $108 and the cost of the course.
