I think too many parents have forgotten they are not suppose to use cell phones in school zones during certain hours. I go to Curtis everyday to pick up my daughter and the number of parents sitting in their cars on the phone is amazing!

From my understanding it's fine if you're sitting in the carpool lane waiting to go, but if the car's moving we need to be off the phones.

It may be legal for them to be on the phone while parked and waiting, I don't know, but I have also seen numerous drivers on cell phones around Curtis, while driving. Makes me crazy! And not much better are the students who immediately get on their phones when leaving, so all these kids have their heads down, texting, while crossing over to Celebration to meet their peeps. I don't imagine its any better at the other two middle schools.
