Today our family had an almost perfect last meal at Ralph and Kacoo's. But if you were the woman at the table straight across from us, you obviously missed the etiquette lesson about flossing your teeth in public. Why you couldn't walk the 20 feet or so to the restroom to do that privately is beyond me. Instead, you just leaned back and unabashedly gave it your full workover. Freakin' lovely.
