This male chihuahua was found out on Main/McDermott between Violet and Malone on Sunday (4/17) around 1pm. He's now at the Allen Animal Control building at Bethany and Allen Heights (214.509.4378). Hopefully, his owner will hear about this post and go pick him up. We're hoping to print out some fliers to post up in the area where we found him.
He was accompanied by another chocolate-colored chihuahua with shorter hair.
More Details --
My wife and I were out biking and grabbed the long haired chihuahua to keep him out of traffic. We were on Main/McDermott closer to Malone. A little further west (near Violet) we saw a man chasing after the short haired, chocolate chihuahua. By the time we intercepted the first one and turned our attention back, the man and the other dog were gone. Strange.

 Thank you for finding our dog was looking for him and just missed you finding him by a minute or two and started the long walks and drive thru the area. but called the shelter after about a hour of looking.

You are so welcome. I'm glad you got him back so fast. I was questioning whether we had done the right thing by taking him to the Animal Control place, but with our cat it would have been impossible for us to hold onto him at home.
Was the chocolate, short-haired chihuahua yours as well? Did he make it home too?
