I don't know about the classes but if anyone would know it would be Rueben with this group. I believe he also teaches photography classes out at CCCC. I'd shoot him a message.
Are you looking to buy some dark room equipment? I can give you quite a bargain on some good stuff. The B&W photos this link are ones which were developed using this equipment.
