Hey everyone please take extra care of your hair in this heat, Remember to put a small amount of natural oils in the hair to help stop the Sun from drying you out. Olive Oil, Safflower Oil, Argon Oil etc... Scarfs and hats help too.

Thank you for you question, What about leave in conditioners. Well as with all things some are better than others. Most leave ins are for untangling hair for combing. there are some with a high spf and those do help. But most do not contain oils due to being used a lot by fine haired people.
Natural oils are very important in maintaining the sheen in your hair as well as it's elasticity.
Years ago they said to brush your hair a hundred strokes to distribute the hairs natural oils ( only use 100 % boar bristle brushes) they are better for the hair.
Replenish the oils with argon oils, Moroccan oils,high grade olive oil etc..
P S a little goes a long way
