As the article mentions - when most people think of protein, images of cheese, eggs and lean meat pop into their heads. Did you know though that every – yes, every – whole food contains protein? Not only that, many vegetables, nuts, and grains have more grams of protein per calorie than a cheeseburger!

I've eaten many cheeseburgers in my life and will continue to eat many cheeseburgers, but never one time for their protein content.

Nuts which are also good source of protein and healthy fats.Such as a whole food,it make a healthy alternative life to processed snacks,provided where people choose unsalted and unsweetened varieties.
