Although the foods you eat cannot treat depression, your diet does have significant effects on your mood, energy levels, mental health, and your ability to cope with stress. This is a great article on SparksPeople talking about the link between food & your mood.

A healthy diet for dealing with depression like as wild salmon,herring,sardines,a nchovies,tuna,rainbow trout, mackerel.Better fish-oil supplements which are a practical alternative for those who don't eat these cold-water fish at least three times a week........
