we went last Tuesday. we had been to a pre-funeral visitation and were starving. we got there around 7:30 or 8. Too much went wrong to explain but, our order was wrong and the food cold, under trained wait staff. Should just be a sports bar and not a Steakhouse or food establishment. We were very disappointed. Wont be back. Our waitress was very apoligetic (msp?) and nice though.

I would never look at Dukes as a place to go and specifically eat. It's a bar, not a restaurant. Decent food for when you're a little tipsy, but that's about it. Service is usually not great there, but good place to go for happy hour. At least Plano location. Never been to Addison or Bedford.

To look at the Menu you would think it was a good place to take the family for a good variety of steaks/chicken along with the other stuff....burgers, appetizers, salads etc. but, it seemed to me to be more of a sports bar for younger crowd. Hubby ordered the CFS and got CFC. I just ordered appetizer since just taking the order seemed to have gotten our waitress all mixed up. It was kind of late though ~ 8 so I might try them earlier sometime but, I'm not in a big hurry to.

We've been to Duke's over on Beltline. It was a Saturday evening and it was full inside and out with bikers all decked out in the leather, etc.
They were watching football and having a good time. Didn't care for the food.
