The FDA and FTC have officially come out and declared the HCG Diets harmful and illegal because of the extreme health risks they pose. They are both working to get these products off of the market, and have warned stores online and offline who are selling it that they are breaking the law.

I have a family member who has lost a tremendous amount of weight using this product in a short amount of time. I lost 30lbs over 15 years ago and it was not easy, it required a lifestyle change to lose it and keep it off. There is no quick fix, and I can't see how someone can survive on 500 calories a day and these hormone drops/injections long term. If old habits are not addressed, the weight will come back.
