Yes we've been here several times during lunch on the weekends. We never had major issues. The first couple of times we even had someone that came by to check on us, making sure we're happy with the food and got everything we needed. Like I said it's the first time we've come here for dinner, and we just picked self service since that's what we're used to. We weren't even aware that they had full service until this time.
Also I didn't say we're never going back. I said "we hope they'll get better next time we go", so I didn't just cross them off our list. But certainly they're ranked lower on the list at this point. We haven't been to Pluckers yet, because we tried Sauced first and were happy, so we didn't care to switch, even though Pluckers is a lot closer to our house. Now we're open to try it out.
When we go to a self service place expectations are already at a minimal. Give me the food as expected at a reasonable time, and whatever I need to be self sufficient. This place has been running for a while already, and with so many other restaurants fighting for business, they just need to do better to keep their customers.

We went to dinner at Sauced tonight. We sat on the full service side. They were fairly prompt at taking our orders, but it wasn't very busy and it seemed to take longer than expected with so few people there tonight. There were only two other tables in the full service side and maybe one or two on the self-serve side. But, the food was hot and delicious when we got it! We ordered two of the buffalo chicken sandwiches, one pulled pork sandwich and I ordered the buffalo chicken salad. No complaints on taste. We thought it was all very good.

We ate there last night also, though it seemed service was just a bit slower in bringing our food out. Maybe 2 or 3 other families eating at the time we were there, but certainly isn't a deal breaker or won't stop us from returning. After realizing I ordered something different from the norm, that's probably what took a little longer.
Their sweet tea...I promise I'm gonna go into diabetic shock one day, it's so good (just like their food!)...
