Does anyone know of a restaurant in Collin County that serves soufflé for dessert?

How about an appetizer souffle, a dinner souffle and top that off with a dessert souffle. RISE is an amazing experience with a souffle for any course, almost any ingredient and simply perfect preparation.
Don't be surprised if you find lots of tough looking folk talking to their sleeves. 43 really likes this place.

Where is it?
It's on Lovers Lane in Dallas - http://risesouffle.com/
The souffles are great, low calorie. For dessert, we switch up the sauces that come with the souffles - I LOVE the Grand Marnier souffle with chocolate sauce instead of the creamy sauce it comes with. And their cheese selection is delicious. (It can be pricey sometimes)
But to answer your original question, I dont know of any places up in the Collin County area.

I know this thread is old, and the restaurant isn't in Collin County, but Morton's has several dessert soufflés which are very good!!
California Pizza Kitchen offers a soufflé cake, not sure on taste. Also, haven't been there, but Roy's Hawaiian says they offer a soufflé.
