We have been there several times now and have never been disappointed in the food or service. We went again last night and they were surprisingly very busy! My husband loves the fried meatloaf and the chicken fingers are really good. Excellent mac and cheese.
What impressed us most last night is that the manager/owner visited every table and then went back into the kitchen, donned an apron and cap and proceeded to address the kitchen staff and helped cook. We could see him through the window at our booth. If he keeps up this style of management, they'll be there for a long time.

Love, love, love the meatloaf here. I went for the first time last week. The manager was very friendly, talking to lots of people. It was very busy. Seems like lots of people go to watch soccer games.

If you went Friday it was FC Dallas' firt Party at the Pub, big crowd.
It's in the old Mac's location on 75 and Parker I believe.

The fried meatloaf is my husband's favorite too. Excellent food and service every time we have been. They just treat you like family. At least that has been our experience. And yes, it is in the old Mac's location. Glad they are doing well.

Was craving good fish and chips, so my wife and I went here tonight for dinner. Great food, awesome beer selection, lots of TV's to follow the game, and tonight, they had a group playing Irish session music. Thought I was back in Ireland.

We love Allen Wickers and try to go at least once a month. My favorites are the meatloaf or the fish 'n chips; my daughter loves the grilled cheese hamburger. The food is very good quality and generous portions, and the service has always been perfect for us. Highly recommend this place.
