Allen Premium Outlets seeks an outgoing personality for part time Customer Service Representative at our Information Center. Duties include heavy phone contact, gift card sales, stroller rental, faxing, working with merchants and customers. Must be able to multi-task. Excellent communication & customer service skills a must. Bi-lingual a plus but not required. 15 to 20 hours per week with full scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays required.
