My HS kiddo is looking for a workout partner/drill sargeant to work out early in the morning.

She saw "A Game of Honor" (Great Movie) last night and wants a military type workout routine.

She is in good shape now, and is very good about nutrition but wants to go over the edge.

I go to bootcamp three times a week, but it's all moms. I would look for local bootcamps and see if one fits her schedule.
Crazy doesn't even begin to cover it.

Will work for shoes!
