Nutrition Avenue has joined the Alliance for a Healthier Allen (AHA) to help with some of their yearly events such as the Eagle Run, Earth Fest, Healthy Living Expo and National Bike to School Day. One of the key things we will be introducing in our partnership with AHA this month will be the weekly Top Gun Fit Clubs, a FREE group fitness program that is all about having fun while getting healthy.
UPDATE: Our first session will be on March 24th. All of the final details more information on the Fit Clubs is now posted on the Top Guns Fit Club Website at http://www.topgunsfitnesscamps.com. You can also get more information by calling (214) 509-8141.
We are also looking for fitness professionals, aerobics instructors, yoga teachers & personal trainers to help with facilitating fit club and the large amount of interest we have already received. With the City of Allen behind us, we are expecting record breaking numbers. We will be having interviews and trainings for the Fit Club throughout the next couple of weeks - so call (214) 509-8141 if you or someone you know is interested.
