For most of us, our home is our most valuable investment, so making sure we maintain it is important while we live there or when we get ready to sell. Save Water and Money
In many cities, including Allen and Plano there is an effort to get homeowners to convert to water saving toilets. As an incentive, both cities will credit $100 off your water bill for the first installation, $75 for the second installation and $50 the third. In addition, the toilets will save about $100 a year in water on your water bill.
