This company charged us over $6,000 for louvered shutters that are warping, splitting, and are not installed square in the windows. Their local representative told us he "did not get paid" to handle the issues. Their headquarters near Atlanta, GA, has all calls screened by a call center and no one returns calls except for sales calls. The Atlanta BBB has rated them F for false advertising. The Louver Shop has not responded to the GA Department of Consumer Protection, either. So, if you're looking for interior shutters or other window coverings, look for a reputable company and do not use The Louver Shop!
