Pari Foroodi of Ebby Haliday has been my agent through multiple deals and has always been simply the best, hardest working, connected agent I've ever had. She work directly with relocating companies and their employee placement. Been nothing but great for us.

I sometimes question the recommendations. Swanner is a NEW AGENT!!!!! She just got licensed in November. You're going to purchase a large investment and trust a newbee?
Look up the agents on the state board's website. The others mentioned all seem reliable and have a track record.

Jacque Swanner worked very hard for us and found exactly what what we were looking for, she is mature with a long track record in business and a Baylor grad like myself. We would definitely use her again.

TREC only tells you when they received their license in TX. While it is good to check there, I could name for you agents who have relocated here from other states recently, become licensed and by your assumption would be "new agents", while in fact they have decades of experience, even managing and mentoring others. Best thing to do is talk to the prospective agent, find out if your goals match and will they work for your best interest.
