Medication Disposal Day Scheduled For April 28
Allen ISD's Lowery Freshman Center and Allen City Hall will host a Medication Disposal Day on Saturday, April 28, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
The event is designed to allow families to safely dispose of old and unused prescription drugs and over-the-counter medications. Used and expired needles, lancets and epi-pens also will be accepted at the drive-through event.
Lowery Freshman Center is at 601 E. Main St. in Allen. City Hall is located at 305 Century Parkway in Allen. The event is sponsored by Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Allen, The Allen Police Department, the federal Drug Enforcement Agency and Allen ISD.
