Can anyone tell me what this is? My daughter mentioned it to me saying she could get internet access to her apartment with this device. I looked it up on Verizon's website but did not get much info as to what it is, only pricing. I am not very tech-saavy on all this new stuff! Thanks in advance!

It's a cellular modem which means it uses Verizon's mobile phone network to connect to the internet. So basically it connects to the internet the same way your smartphone does using the same 4G data and shares it with whatever you plug into it such as a laptop. I would be careful with that could get expensive real quick.
