I read that too. Is there any other BBQ places that are full service? Seems weird to me. I can't speak for everyone but I want to see my BBQ and sides before I pick what I want. I feel that cafeteria style is what makes the rustic-ness of a BBQ joint that most places (including 3-Stacks) go for.
Because of location and it's drink menu I think it will work for 3 Stacks. Most people said the line thing was weird (pay for food, then have to pay for drinks)and I agree. The worst part for me is waiting in line with my 2 year old only to find there are no seats where I can use a high chair.
