Do you make gluten-free products?
We do offer a line of gluten-free products at our bakery. We take precautions to prevent ingredient intermingling but we cannot guarantee the absence of gluten, as there is wheat flour being used in our facility. We do use separate cleaning utensils, hand utensils, and separate ovens. However, the gluten-free products share some of the equipment necessary to produce the items. Please consider this when ordering. *As of right now, we are in the process of getting our facility Gluten-Free certified by the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG). This program will ensure that our facility controls and provides safe gluten-free bakery items. Our bakery will be audited regularly to guarantee that these practices are being used at a daily basis.
This is a concern for those allergic to gluten. Hopefully they will work it out before opening because we are always looking for GF places.
