Update: This position is open again. The position is 1-2 nights per week, Saturday and Sunday.
Allen Premium Outlets seeks an outgoing personality for a part time Guest Services Representative 15 - 22 hours per week at our Information Center.
Responsibilities:
Deliver superior service to customers visiting the property by answering questions, providing general information regarding the center as well as the local area. Process stroller/wheelchair rentals and coupon book purchases. Must have a thorough understanding of all available gift card programs in order to assist personal and corporate clients on their purchases. Work with merchants, vendors and customers. Assist with center marketing initiatives. Complete various assignments from the center Management Office as needed.
Qualifications: Minimum of a high school diploma and 2 - 3 years retail sales experience is required. Friendly, outgoing, intermediate knowledge of MS Word & Excel, proficient cash handling skills, must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, superior communication and interpersonal skills, familiarity and knowledge of the immediate local area. Bi-lingual is a plus but not required.
This position MUST be available to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays (retail hours). Please do not apply if you are unable or unwilling to work the required night and weekend hours.
