The powers that be @ AHS decided not to sell tickets to the dance the week of HOCO...yes, I heard stories that maybe they sold at lunches, but the 100's of kiddos that had their night ruined because they had to stand in line for 1 1/2 hours to get tickets @ the door is sad!! These are kids, many don't even get a date 'till the week of HOCO, they don't usually plan far in advance. You would think AHS would know this, if they need a head count they can always count on full capacity!! I hope they get it right for next year!!

According to my daughter they were available at lunch outside the cafeteria as late as Friday.

This is my point, web site says tickets available 'till the 20th, does not state sales the week of HOCO. My child got his so this doesn't about my family but he did come home to tell me all the inconsistent information around & this caused a huge delay getting into the dance.

Right. My so. Did not look for tickets the week of Homecoming because the website said they were available until the 20th, and after that at the door. He did have to stand in line from 8:10-9:40 because there was only one person taking tickets and checking IDs. Lesson learned on his part not to procrastinate, but it did take a really long time to get kids in.
