Below is an email I received from a neighbor.
Sorry the picture is not posting correctly...it is correct on my computer.
Neighbors,
Attached is the picture of a dog found by one of our neighbors in our Spring Meadow neighborhood. They have had him checked for a chip but there is none. After combing their street they live on (Sunrise) and the immediate area, they took the sweet thing to the Allen Animal Shelter.
The dog is a male, and looks to be a Springer Spaniel type. They said he is in great shape and very docile, friendly, & potty trained. Surely this dog belongs to someone. We just hope the poor thing wasn't abandoned. Please look at the picture to see if you know anyone with a dog like him. If so, please let them know where he is......and also let me know if you do so I can alert the one who found him, as they are very concerned about his future welfare.
