An Andrews Merchandiser or Retail Specialist plays a vital role in the consumer beer buying experience by ensuring that store shelves and cold boxes/coolers are stocked with fresh products, by building displays to draw attention to our products, and by providing exceptional service to our retail clients.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a current valid Texas Driver’s License.
Must be comfortable engaging and speaking with store personnel and customers.
Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must possess effective communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
Must adhere to Andrews Personal Appearance Policy as outlined on our website’s Career page.
This is a physically demanding position that requires heavy and repetitive lifting/ placement of products.
This is a part-time position consisting of an eight hour shift on Saturday and an eight hour shift on Sunday starting at 7:00am.
The compensation for this role is $15.00/hr.
