Spotters...OK just a reminder that the storm spotter classes run during the first quarter each year, and are scattered across North Texas. These classes interest potential spotters and those wanting a refresher. Hey if you are in CERT, CPA, or CFA you may want this.

The other day was an odd one as it broke through the cap unexpectedly, just goes to show how weather is hard to predict.
This week however are three days from Tues-Thurs that bear watching, especially Thursday but we'll have to wait and see how things pan out as we get closer to the day. SPC has already put out a severe weather outlook for Thursday as they expect an active weather day. Whether or not it's a potential outbreak or not remains to be determined but it is one to watch.
