Open for business!
We ate there Friday night after we noticed people going in and out of the door. Good stuff! Not too overpriced ... as long as you don't go for the Bison. Friendly staff, tasty burgers and fries.

We ate there on Sunday and it was a good experience. I guess I just need to adjust to paying North of 12 bucks for a meal (hamburger)
We tried the fries, sweet potato fries and onion rings and they were all excellent.
We will go back.

Met my wife for lunch here today. I think it will definitely be in the rotation right up there with Twisted Root and Mooyah for us. It is just about as expensive as TR though. Burgers are between $7-$9/each, fries $2.50. I didn't look at drink price since I drink water, but I'm sure it was over $2 as that seems to be the new norm now. Staff was very friendly and it was nice having them bring it to your table instead of getting up to get it. There were plenty of burgers that I wanted to try, but I ended up getting a breakfast burger called "The Nooner" which is topped with cheese, bacon, hash browns, sliced ham and fried egg (Mmmmm, calories taste good). The egg was over easy though to where I would have preferred over hard so I'll be sure to specify that next time I get it. I think the hash browns made the burger for me. I like a crunch on my burger and the hash browns were extra crispy and added some saltiness to it. The fries were shoe string style to which normally I don't care for, but I think they were cooked perfectly. They have a Chipotle ketchup but it was actually really sweet and didn't even come close to as good as the Ancho Ketchup at TR or even the spicy ketchup at Whataburger. Somebody near us had a slice of pie with whipped cream on top and it took all of my will power not to go up and get the same thing. Maybe next time.
I can't wait to go back and try the others on the menu I wanted. It also looks like they have a burger of the month too (to which this months also looked really good).

We went today for the first time and really enjoyed it, but there is a caveat that I'll get to later.
When you first walk in, they assign you a table number, which is corresponds to a pre-marked table in the dining area, then you get into queue, and place your order, and they bring your food out to your table when it's ready.
Drinks are self serve.
You can order a standard burger then have it topped any way you like or they have a half dozen gourmet style burgers such as ones with BBQ, or an Egg on top, or whatnot.
I have to say the quality of the food was excellent, the burgers were cooked to order (med-rare for instance) the french fries and onion rings were very good as well and the shake's/choc pie were done really well too.
The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was enjoyable, they use digital signage/menu boards in the ordering queue, and have other digital signage throughout as well as some tastefully done modern art work around the dining area.
The staff was friendly and professional, and the manager stopped by out table at one point to check on us as well, which was a nice touch.
The one caveat, and it's a big one, which will likely only mean we'll go for "special occasions" is the price.
For a family of 4, our total came to $54!!
Now this place isn't Wendy's, JC Burger House, Scotty P's or In-and-Out Burger, but it's not significantly better either, and those places would have been half that price for the same items (well maybe not Scott P's)
In fact for $55, you are approaching the type of money we would spend a a more traditional family, sit-down style restaurant, such as Olive Garden, BJ's, Cotton Patch or Uncle Julio's, and not just an upscale "burger joint"
I'm not sure if the owner or store manager looks at these forums, but Allen has a long history of restaurants failing through the years, either due to quality/service issues, location or price, and this place's price and location could be real challenges to overcome.
It's no secret that getting to/from the Allen premium outlet shopping mall can always be a challenge, especially on a weekend, or during the early evening/rush hour timeframe, we went on a holiday weekend, for lunch, and it was probably 1/3 full, so I wonder how their business will do after the first couple of months and the newness wears off.
If they would include fries with your burger, or offer a discounted "meal package" with fries and a drink it might be easier to justify spending $12-$15 per person, until then, while we enjoyed our visit, I don't see us going back all that often.

I went Thursday for lunch and really liked the Liberty Burger with cheese...the fries were good too. It was a bit pricey but not out of line for a sit down place. The service was excellent...

We ate there today for lunch. Got there right at 11 when they opened and were the first to order when they opened. By the time we got our order the place was packed.
I had the "Baby Bella" Burger which had a huge onion ring on it with queso and portobello mushrooms. It was honestly one of the best burgers I've had. Their watermelon sweet tea was awesome and I'd never had it before. I chose to pass on fries in order to have the chocolate meringue pie. I split the pie with my daughter and we both thought it was pretty decent... though I might say maybe not worth the calories. Way too much for one person... but a good size to two or even three people.
My daughter ordered the "Nooner" which she ate most of and she enjoyed it. It had egg and hashbrowns on it.
My wife had the "Liberty burger" which she thought was good. She had it on a Gluten free bun which she also thought was good.
We all agreed that without fries or sides... the three burgers, three drinks, and pie for $42 was a bit steep. I have a hard time paying $8 for a burger without sides.
Overall... I wouldn't hesitate to go back when looking for a good burger. Just go in there expecting to pay a premium for it.
