We also used Goodman's for years and were more than satisfied. We had a total turnkey operation - we did nothing and it was always perfect.

I use Citi Turf. They're very professional, there's great email communications, they're on schedule everytime and they're very easy to work with.

I'm new to Cititurf this year and I have been extremely impressed with the customer service.
Compared to my old service - it's hands down. In a world that customer service is lacking - they could write the book on it.

I agree, Catlady. I'm a guy who does everything myself. I simply don't have the time to devote hours to my lawn on the weekend anymore, so it was difficult for me to pass something off to someone else. So far, they've done me right and I couldn't be more happy. They avoid the areas I want them to be careful of (ornamental flowers, garden, etc) and I love the email communications.
