Posted on the Allen ISD website today.
Nineteen of twenty Allen ISD campuses earned an “A” grade and one campus earned a “B” from Niche.com, a website that provides data and reviews of colleges and K-12 schools across the United States. Anderson, Bolin, Boyd, Cheatham, Evans, Green, Kerr Story and Vaughan Elementary Schools all received A+ ratings on the site.
Data from Niche.com is gathered from surveys and reviews completed by students, parents and residents. The ratings use reviews as well as student-teacher ratio, graduation statistics and standardized testing scores to grade the campuses.
The site began primarily as a college rating site but has more recently added ratings for more than 120,000 K-12 schools.
